As of January 31, 2026, Veeva served 1,552 customers, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies, contract sales organizations, and contract research organizations. These range from large global companies such as Bayer, Eli Lilly, Gilead, Merck, and Novartis to emerging biotechs such as Alkermes and Alnylam.
