Ferrari N.V. is a luxury brand spanning racing, sports cars and lifestyle, built around the Prancing Horse symbol. From its home in Maranello, Italy, it designs, engineers and produces luxury sports cars. Its brand is closely tied to its racing activities: Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1 (16 Constructors' and 15 Drivers' titles since 1950) and the Ferrari Endurance Team in the FIA World Endurance Championship, with Le Mans wins in 2023, 2024 and 2025. In 2025 the company reported net revenues of €7,146 million, EBIT of €2,110 million, net profit of €1,600 million and EBITDA of €2,772 million, on 13,640 car shipments. It follows a controlled-volume production strategy and manages waiting lists to preserve exclusivity.

The sports car line-up consists of nine Range models (V8 ICE: Roma Spider and Amalfi; V12 ICE: Purosangue, 12Cilindri and 12Cilindri Spider; V6 hybrid: 296 GTB and 296 GTS; V8 hybrid: 849 Testarossa and 849 Testarossa Spider), four Special Series models (SF90 XX Stradale, SF90 XX Spider, 296 Speciale and 296 Speciale A) and one Supercar, the F80. The company also makes track cars, one-off cars and limited series, and in 2025 it began revealing the Ferrari Luce, its first full electric model. It offers standard and extended maintenance and warranty programs. In lifestyle, it designs personal luxury goods, collectibles and experiences, including its own fashion collection, licensing of the brand to a limited number of luxury and lifestyle producers and retailers (including theme parks), the Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena. It operates 16 directly operated and 2 franchised Ferrari Stores. It also launched the Ferrari Hypersail sailing initiative in 2025.

Cars are sold in over 60 markets through 181 authorized dealers operating 195 points of sale. By units shipped in 2025, EMEA accounted for 46.5%, the Americas 28.9%, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan 6.9%, and the rest of Asia-Pacific 17.7%. Ferrari targets clients seeking high-performance cars, whom it groups into "Sports Car Drivers" and "Pilots," and it follows a "different Ferrari for different Ferraristi" strategy. It defines its market as luxury performance cars with over 500 hp priced above €200,000, plus an enlarged segment of high-riding four-door cars. In 2025 it held a 24% share of the former and 18% of the latter, and it leads in several countries including Italy, France, Japan and Singapore.

Its main competitors are Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and Bentley, along with Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Land Rover in certain segments. Competition centers on brand strength, performance, styling, innovation, product renewal, price, total cost of ownership and residual values. Ferrari N.V. was incorporated in the Netherlands in 2015 with its official seat in Amsterdam, and its principal place of business is in Maranello, Italy. It separated from FCA in January 2016 and is listed on the NYSE and the Milan exchange under the ticker RACE.
