KeyCorp is the parent of KeyBank National Association, its principal subsidiary, through which most banking services are provided. The Consumer Bank offers deposit and investment products, personal finance and financial wellness services, lending, student loan refinancing, mortgage and home equity, credit cards, treasury services and business advisory services. It also offers wealth management and investment services to non-profit and high-net-worth clients. The Commercial Bank has two operating segments. The Commercial segment is a full-service commercial banking platform serving the borrowing, cash management and capital markets needs of middle market clients. The Institutional segment provides lending, equipment financing and banking products to large corporate and institutional clients, and is a significant national commercial real estate lender and a third-party master and special servicer of commercial mortgage loans. It includes the KBCM platform, which offers syndicated finance, debt and equity underwriting, fixed income and equity sales and trading, derivatives, foreign exchange, mergers and acquisitions and other advisory services, and public finance. The bank and its trust company subsidiary also provide trust and custody services, financial planning, mutual fund access, treasury services and international banking. Nonbank subsidiaries provide community development financing, securities underwriting, capital markets products, brokerage and merchant services.
Key serves individuals, small businesses, middle market companies, and large corporate and institutional clients.
